Focus BC was consulted by Chronopost to supply GeoMarketing studies for optimization and expansion of the Pickup network.


Customer


Chronopost, an international company belonging to the GeoPost Group, is one of the main express transport operators operating in Portugal. Its strategic goal to be recognized as a market leader in express delivery of parcels up to 31.5 kg in the B2B and B2C segments.


For the B2C segment, the services provided by Chronopost are home deliveries and deliveries in the Pickup network stores.




Challenge

Chronopost's biggest challenge is to increase the coverage rate of Pickup networks, with the purpose of better proximity to people and consequently more customers.




Results


  • The opening of new Pickup stores;

  • Excellent capacity to manage the entire logistics process;

  • Faster in establishing partnerships for expanded Pickup network;
